衛生管理への取り組み（鰹節製造）
㈱マルニフーズでは安心・安全な鰹節を皆様の食卓へ届けたく、自社にて細菌検査（一般細菌・大腸菌群・サルモネラ菌・黄色ブドウ球菌）を行っております。
また、平成24年度HACCP対応のための施設改修支援事業により、鰹節製造工場内部を改修整備致し、HACCP取得にむけて日々勉強をしております。
