ジメジメした日はゴーヤ+鰹節で
スーパーに立派なゴーヤが並んでいると、ついつい買ってしまうのですが、こちら枕崎ではゴーヤに鰹節とお醤油やポン酢をかけてあっさりといただきます。
ですが、小さな子供がいるとなかなか手を付けてはくれないので、沖縄料理のゴーヤチャンプルーに鰹節をたっぷりとかけて食卓に並べてます。
