本日は晴天なり（枕崎鰹節）
弊社が本枯節製造にかける期間は、
生鰹解体からカビ付、出荷まで最低で１０カ月～１年。
その中でもとても大切にしている天日干し作業。
本日は朝から気持ちの良いお天気ですので、倉庫内の鰹節を全て天日干ししております。
お天道様に感謝しつつ、工場内では骨抜き作業に励んでおります。
