さつま型と改良型（現行型）
さつま型と改良型（現行型）の鰹のビンタ（頭）
さつま型になると、切り落とす頭に付く鰹の身が多いため歩留りが悪くなる。
それでも、さつま型に拘るのは昔ながらの伝統製法をそのまま現代に残していきたいと言う思いのみ！
