一日の始まりはお味噌汁から
ここ数日の雨と暑さに工場内は湿気と熱気でムンムンしております、、、
生処理場と加工施設はエアコンがフル稼働ですが、身体は疲れがたまり易く、朝の目覚めも重く感じます。
なので、今朝は鰹出汁を濃いめにとり濃厚鰹出汁のお味噌汁をいただきました。
濃厚な鰹出汁なので、お味噌も薄めでとっても美味しかったですよ。
